If you have a combination shower with built in bathtub then you need a shower / tub faucet combination kit. This will include the shower head, 1 handle assembly and the tub filler assembly. Please note that many of the items listed here are strictly trim kits, so the rough in valve (the component that goes inside the wall to tie everything together), is sold separately. The product page will indicate if a rough in valve is required, and will list it as an available accessory.
