Single Hole Faucets, as the name suggests are faucets for bathroom sinks that only require one mounting hole. The faucets are typically used with sinks that have one predrilled hole for a faucet. Many single hole faucets can also be used as centerset faucets (4 widespread) when used with an optional adapter plate. Even though vessel sink faucets are also single hole faucets, the difference here is that single hole faucets are shorter than their vessel counterparts, and are typically used with drop in or under mount bathroom sinks.
