Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions:

  • If accepted as a BathroomVesselSinks.com Affiliate the undersigned hereby agrees to the following terms and conditions.
  • Final acceptance is solely at the discretion of Eden Home And Plumbing Group Inc. and BathroomVesselSinks.com
  • The affiliate must agree to represent BathroomVesselSinks.com as an affiliate or partner and not BathroomVesselSinks.com itself.
  • The parties expressly agree that the affiliate shall be responsible for its own costs and expenses under this agreement and that BathroomVesselSinks.com shall have no obligation to reimburse affiliate for said costs or expenses.
  • Affiliates commission is paid on the first of every month providing the total balance of the affiliates commission account is greater than $20. If the value is less than $20 the payment will be delayed until the next first of the month providing the account reaches a value of more than $20.
  • If a customer returns a product or cancels an order after it has been processed the referring affiliates commission for that original purchase will be debited from the affiliates commission account. If that commission has already been paid then the total of that commission will be deducted from the next commission payment.
  • BathroomVesselSinks.com reserves the right to change the commission rates and terms and conditions of the affiliate program at any time.
  • If a customer who was originally refereed to our web site by an affiliate purchases a product after the tracking cookie expires, or purchases a product by phone or e-mail the affiliate will not be paid a commission.
  • If a user who was refereed by an affiliate makes a purchase online but their computer has cookies disabled, or they have deleted their cookies, the affiliate will not be paid a commission.
  • All text links added to your web site, blog or user forum must be indexable. Use of javascript, cloaked url's or no-follow tags is prohibited.
