Canoe Shaped Stone Sinks and Ultra Zen Stone Bathroom Sink Added To Eden Bath Product Line

As stone vessel sinks continue to gain popularity in the bathrooms of today, Eden Bath product designers look for inspiration in uncommon objects to create the next big lavatory design trend.

Puslinch, ON (PRWEB) July 8, 2008 – Eden Bath, a company that specializes in vessel sinks created from natural materials, has just released three unique new
stone sinks which will join their existing line of over 50 stone lavatory models. “When developing new products we really want to think outside of the box and not repeat something the rest of the industry is doing.” says Shawn Gusz, head of sales and marketing for Eden Bath. “We are always willing to take a chance when it comes to a new design, sometimes it’s wildly popular and occasionally it flops. But judging from the initial response to the new canoe shaped stone sinks; they are really going to be a popular item.”

According to Gusz, the inspiration for two of the new stone sinks, as the model name suggests, comes from one of Eden Baths
copper sinks which was based on the original canoes first used by Native Americans. “The shape is so functional, yet quite dramatic, bowl shaped vessel sinks have become ‘the norm’, the graceful curves and profile of our canoe sinks really make them stand out in a bathroom. The wild success of the canoe shaped copper sink convinced us to translate that design into stone.”

Initially the canoe sinks will be offered in two materials, polished Perlato SF marble (model number S059) and honed and filled imported beige travertine (model number S060) with other material choices to follow later in the year.

In addition to the canoe shaped
stone sinks, Eden Bath is also proud to release a revised version of the Absolute Black Ultra Zen Stone Sink, model number S011. The new sink is wider from left to right, but smaller from front to back, giving it a trough like appearance. “People who look at the S011 usually have two words to describe the design; modern, and masculine. The hard cut angles and the commanding presence along with the polished black granite surface, really portray a sense of modern masculinity.”

Vessel sinks have been gaining ground in both new bathroom construction and old bathroom renovations. The design trend that arrived in the mid 90’s appears to be here to stay, with close to 30% of bathroom lavatory sales being of the above counter vessel design. “We really are just looking to stand out from the crowd.” says Gusz. “We consider ourselves to be a design firm just as much as a decorative plumbing manufacturer. You can’t be one without the other.”

Multiple photos of your stone bathtub can be taken and emailed to you for final confirmation before delivery at your request.

Bathroom Vessel Sinks adds New Copper Sinks & Teak Sinks to Product Offering

Modern design meets old world charm with the introduction of a new line of copper sinks and an updated line of wood sinks from BathroomVesselSinks.com

Guelph, ON (PRWEB) May 16, 2007 – BathroomVesselSinks.com, a major online provider of high end bathroom sinks and faucets, today announced the addition of 20 new copper and wood sinks to their expanding product line.

The three popular styles of wood sinks offered by the company are now also available in solid teak. “Teak is really the perfect wood to create a sink out of because it’s natural resistance to water as well as its phenomenal durability and predictability in high moisture environments.” says Shawn Gusz, head of sales and marketing for BathroomVesselSinks.com. “Teak has long been used in high end furniture and design accessories and the high cost of teak also gives it some exclusivity that many of our customers are looking for, thus a line of teak sinks was a natural choice”, Gusz says.

The teak sinks join the already popular line of natural and chocolate stained oak sinks that the company offers. According to Gusz, every wood sink from BathroomVesselSinks.com goes through a tedious manufacturing process using the highest quality lumber. The raw material is first kiln dried to a low moisture content to prevent warping and splitting; the wood sinks are then formed from the raw material and treated with numerous coats of a water proof coating that hardens to a “plastic-like” shell. “A lot of customers ask if a wood sink is really practical for a bathroom application, but the wood sinks we offer are impervious to water, and as long as they are cared for correctly they will last for a very long time”. The teak sink models offered by BathroomVesselSinks.com start at $899 USD and are available now.

For those that aren’t looking to make as strong of a design statement but still desire that old world feeling the new copper sinks from BathroomVesselSinks.com are guaranteed to impress. “There are a lot of companies offering copper sinks, but I can guarantee they aren’t nearly as unique as the ones we are offering.” says Gusz. In addition to the standard drop in and self rimming copper sink designs BathroomVesselSinks.com also offer a handful of double walled copper vessel sinks as well as copper bathroom sinks that have an exterior layer of mosaic pieces affixed to them. “All of our copper sinks are made of 18 gauge copper or thicker and both smooth polished and hand hammered copper sinks are available”. You can pair up one of our new copper sinks with an oil rubbed bronze faucet, copper faucet or brushed nickel faucet from the extensive vessel sink faucet product line for the perfect lavatory fixture combination.

Bathroom Vessel Sinks Updates Stone Sink, Copper Sink, Wood Sink & Vessel Faucet Product Lines.

A recent trend in high end bathroom design is reflected in the new stone, copper and wood vessel sink product lines offered by BathroomVesselSinks.com. Using natural materials in the bathroom gains popularity as the price of these luxury bathroom fixtures becomes more affordable.

Guelph, ON (PRWEB) November 9, 2006 – Industry estimates indicate that vessel sinks now account for close to 20% of all bathroom sink sales. This bathroom design trend arrived nearly 10 years ago but has really picked up momentum, partially due to home owners looking for fresh decorating ideas but can also be contributed to the falling cost of these luxurious fixtures. BathroomVesselSinks.com is an online distributor who has taken advantage of this trend and has just completed updating their product line with over 30 new sink models and 27 new vessel sink faucets.

“These aren’t your typical glass vessel sinks that you would find in your local big box store,” says Shawn Gusz, head of sales and marketing for BathroomVesselSinks.com. “In fact, we don’t even offer glass sinks, instead we focus on stone sinks made of marble, granite or travertine as well as copper sinks and wood sinks, all 100% natural materials.” According to Gusz, vessel sinks are just as much a piece of artwork as the Picasso hanging in your studio. “People want to express themselves when renovating and decorating their home, by going away from the boring white ceramic sink they can really customize their new space with different sink colors, materials, shapes and sizes.”

BathroomVesselSinks.com was founded in 2006 as a one-stop site for the latest in bathroom vessel sink and vessel faucet products. They are an official online distributor for Eden Bath Vessel Sinks & Faucets and claim to offer one of the most unique and diverse collections of natural vessel sinks and faucets in the industry. With an average sink price of $499 USD, BathroomVesselSinks.com hopes to entice discriminating home buyers who look at their house not just as a personal retreat but as an investment. Bathrooms are considered to be one of the most important rooms in the house, second only to the kitchen. Spending the money on quality, high end fixtures guarantees a healthy return on your investment when it comes time to sell.

Why buy online? E-commerce and the internet have redefined the home and bathroom décor landscape. Shopping at online companies, such as BathroomVesselSinks.com makes it possible to find products like designer sinks and faucets at prices far less than retail. Gusz says that they realize some people may hesitate when purchasing a bathroom vessel sink online but they put a lot of effort into making sure the customer sees an accurate representation of the product. “We provide a full description, measurements, material types, cleaning and care information as well as high resolution photos of each product from multiple angles,” Gusz says. In addition, BathroomVesselSinks.com backs up their products with a minimum of one year warranty and a 30 day return policy.
